WHY BECOME A CLUB HEAD?
We believe in doing something worthwhile with your time. In high school you are offered countless opportunities to enrich your academic life, but few of these options are worthy of your time. While Model UN or the Debate team may interest some, you can volunteer with Whiskey Bravo and work on equally complex material, while making actual change, not pretending to. Our goal is supporting our military, but our focus is students. Whiskey Bravo clubs don’t simply ask for donations, they allow you to see your impact in hands on ways. We know high schoolers are some of the busiest people around and that’s why we’re glad to offer multiple curricula that allow for as little or as much commitment as you’d like.

CLUB RESOURCES
WB provides abundant resources including our signature instructables, monthly newsletters and funding. WB clubs offer students access to unique support and opportunities.

Base Curriculum
WB offers a monthly curriculum featuring a hands on service project and weekly meeting tips for club heads. Students receive real time- feedback and guidance to launch impactful initiatives.

Mentorship
Each club has the opportunity to work with an experienced WB Mentor to provide guidance on leadership skills, event planning, and all things Whiskey Bravo. Our mentors are an incredible asset.

Passion2Project Incubator
WB's Passion2Project Incubator provides high achieving WB students with funding, partnerships, and guidance to turn their ideas into impactful initiatives. Club heads are referred by their WB Mentor to participate in P2P.

03 》PULL THE WAGONWe strive to be the one working to get “stuff” done! We aren’t here to ask others to do things for us. We don’t ask how we can help, we simply do it. It forces us to think of the best approach to complete a task: as efficiently and effectively as possible.
-
02 》GRANDMA'S RULEWe believe that kindness is the foundation to a functioning team. We treat everyone with the overly intentional kindness one would treat a grandparent. We go above and beyond to present our best selves. We expect from our members the extreme generosity and empathy of a grandma.

01 》NEVER ENOUGHWe recognize that we can never repay those who’ve sacrificed so much, but we can always try. It’s a call to action to continue to support our nation's veterans, active duty, and their families. Doing good is something we strive toward, not something we are. ‘Never Enough’ is a rallying cry to continue innovating and also recognize there is always room to improve.

Does Whiskey Bravo support specific politicians or political parties? We are a non-political organization. We believe supporting the military is a-political. Politicians may decide where to deploy our troops, but servicemembers answer a call to serve regardless of who is in office.

I want to start a club but it doesn’t follow your guidelines?Reach out! We have flexibility and are ready to assist you in supporting your community.
-
Does Whiskey Bravo work to recruit students to join the military? We believe in service in all of its forms (military or not). There is absolutely no aspect of military recruiting associated with our clubs. We are proud to have WB students who have gone on to attend Service Academies & ROTC Programs, but this is strictly because of their own interest. We are grateful to all who answer the call to serve our country.

Do you have programs for students not yet in High School? We are currently piloting Whiskey Bravo Jr. offering programming to students in grades K-8. The curriculum includes letter writing activities, speakers, and furnishes easy to implement lesson plans. If your school is interested in joining the pilot program and gaining access to resources, email us at studentclubs@whiskeybravo.org

Is there any requirement for School Contributions? Do clubs need to pay dues? No, clubs are 100% free to schools. Certain events may require school equipment, resources, or small financial backing, but we do our best to cover all expenses. We are upfront in the extremely unlikely event that there is an uncovered cost and participation would never be required in such.
